In the recent NUS-NTU Astrochallenge held in the June holidays, the VJC Astrophysics club managed to maintain the posittion of 2nd runner-up for the third consecutive year. At the individual level, the students showed improvement in their ranking placements from last year.
 
The Astrophysics club would like to give a special mention to Desmond Toa, a VJC alumnus that has taken time out of his busy schedule to train the students using his personal resource package.
